Our client, a social-first agency with offices in Dubai and Riyadh, is looking for an experienced Account Director to lead their client services division and report directly to the CEO.

As Account Director, youll oversee a cross-functional team of social media specialists from managers and executives to content creators, copywriters, and photographers ensuring flawless campaign delivery while driving business growth through RFPs and new opportunities.

This role is ideal for a strategic leader with strong expertise in organic social media, client servicing, and business development who can balance creative excellence with operational efficiency.

Salary & Benefits: AED 30K to 33K per month + Visa + Insurance + Air Tickets

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Organic Social Media Division, ensuring top-quality delivery across retained client accounts.
