THE ROLE (Secondment Role)

We are seeking a dynamic Account Director with a strong background in Technology communications to join our team on a fulltime secondment with a key client. This role requires a seasoned professional who can seamlessly integrate into the clients inhouse team deliver strategic communications counsel and lead highimpact campaigns that shape perception drive engagement and support business goals.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders on all aspects of tech communications media relations and reputation management.
• Develop and execute integrated communications strategies across earned owned and shared media channels.
• Lead daytoday clientside delivery ensuring timely execution of campaigns content development media outreach and reporting.
• Provide senior counsel during issues management and crisis response working crossfunctionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support corporate narrative development related to technology innovation digital transformation and the clients sector leadership.
• Manage agency relationships (if any) budgets and performance metrics.
• Monitor industry trends competitor activity and tech policy developments to inform proactive storytelling opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key tech media influencers and industry thought leaders in the region.
• Coach and mentor junior team members (internal or clientside) as needed.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• 8 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications with a strong focus on technology clients products or sectors.
• Proven track record in media relations especially within the tech and innovation ecosystem.
• Experience working inhouse on secondment or in close partnership with client teams is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of the Middle East media landscape and cultural context.
• Excellent writing presentation and client servicing skills.
• Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fastpaced highstakes environment.
