Job summary

A leading hotel chain in Fujairah City is looking for an experienced accommodation professional to manage cleanliness and assist in HR activities. Candidates should have a strong HR background with at least one year of experience, a passion for hospitality, and excellent communication skills. The role requires proactive management of accommodation facilities and addressing associates' needs. Full-time position with no remote options.

Qualifications

  • Minimum experience: 1 year of relevant experience in Human Resources.
  • Language skills: Very good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Sanitize all common areas of and around the accommodation.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene is maintained.
  • Handle maintenance requests and follow-up.
  • Prepare welcome pack for new associates.
  • Address accommodation complaints to HR management.
  • Conduct Accommodation Inspection twice a month.
  • Support in monthly HR activities as required.

any complaint from the associates regarding the accommodation to the Director of Human Resources / Human Resources Manager.

ownership of Accommodation Inspection minimum twice a month place the notice as approved by HR Manager.
