Job summary

Mentors Education Dubai is seeking an Academic Coordinator to develop and implement academic programs that align with institutional goals, ensure curriculum relevance, and coordinate with faculty to schedule classes and manage syllabi.

You will monitor student progress and academic performance, providing guidance to enhance student success, and organize orientation sessions for new students while promoting innovative teaching methods and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, or a related field is required.
• Experience in academic coordination or administration within an educational setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with student information systems and academic databases is beneficial.
