Job summary

Frost stone air conditioning contracting is seeking a hardworking helper to support HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance, cleaning and repair work across Sharjah, Dubai and other UAE locations.

No HVAC experience required; training will be provided. You should be physically fit, willing to learn AC installation and maintenance, and available to work in the UAE. Accommodation is provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Basic technical knowledge and familiarity with common tools preferred.
• Candidates with experience as a technical helper, electrical helper, mechanical helper or maintenance helper are welcome.
• Must be hardworking, physically fit and willing to learn AC installation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC technicians with AC installation, maintenance, cleaning and repair work.
• Assist with carrying tools and materials, drilling, piping, insulation and installation work.
• Use basic hand tools and power tools safely.
• Help technicians at different job sites in Sharjah, Dubai and other UAE locations when required.
• Follow safety instructions and keep tools and work areas clean and organized.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in relevant fields are an added advantage.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a technical support or maintenance role within an industrial setting.
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical components; knowledge of troubleshooting techniques is essential.
• Proficient in using basic hand tools and power tools necessary for equipment repair and maintenance.
