Job summary

Rixos Hotels Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced AC and refrigeration technician to join our Engineering team. You will perform maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair systems to ensure guest comfort and safety, while completing daily tasks within the required timeframe.

With a Diploma or technical certification and at least 3 years in a similar role, you will work both independently and with the engineering crew, follow safety procedures, and support planned maintenance, shift rotations, and

• Diploma or technical certification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform AC and refrigeration maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work
• Complete assigned daily tasks independently and within the required timeframe
• Respond promptly to technical issues and maintenance concerns
• Monitor workshop tools, spare parts, and stock levels
• Follow hotel safety procedures, operational standards, and emergency protocols
• Maintain professional workmanship and consistently deliver high-quality results
• Work effectively both independently and as part of the Engineering team
• Support task-force assignments, new hotel openings, and other duties as required
