Job summary

Rixos Hotels in Dubai seeks an experienced AC & Refrigeration Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hotel systems, ensuring uninterrupted comfort for guests.

You will perform daily tasks, monitor stock, follow safety protocols, and support the engineering team during open projects and emergency calls, delivering high-quality workmanship with professionalism and reliability.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Perform AC and refrigeration maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work
• Complete assigned daily tasks independently and within the required timeframe
• Respond promptly to technical issues and maintenance concerns
• Monitor workshop tools, spare parts, and stock levels
• Follow hotel safety procedures, operational standards, and emergency protocols
• Maintain professional workmanship and consistently deliver high-quality results
• Work effectively both independently and as part of the Engineering team
• Support task-force assignments, new hotel openings, and other duties as required
