Job summary

AMLAK ONE Real Estate L.L.C in Abu Dhabi is urgently seeking an experienced Listing Manager with at least 3 years in the Abu Dhabi market. You will manage listings across major portals, ensure accuracy, and support the sales team with updated property data.

You will coordinate with property consultants, optimize portal performance, and prepare regular listing reports while ensuring compliance with local regulations and portal standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Abu Dhabi real estate experience.
• Experience as Listing Manager or related role.
• Strong knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle portals.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain property listings across major portals.
• Create, upload, update, and monitor listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other relevant platforms.
• Ensure all property information, pricing, availability, descriptions, locations, amenities, and images are accurate and up to date.
• Review listings before publication and ensure they meet company and portal standards.
• Monitor listing quality and remove or update outdated, duplicated, or unavailable properties.
• Coordinate with property consultants and team leaders to collect and verify property information.
• Monitor listing performance, inquiries, views, and lead generation.
• Prepare regular listing performance reports.
• Maintain an organized database of available properties.
• Coordinate with the marketing team regarding property photography, videos, and promotional materials.
• Ensure properties are updated or removed promptly when their status changes.
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and relevant portal requirements.
• Support the sales team by providing accurate and updated property information.
• Identify opportunities to improve listing visibility and performance.
