Job summary

EventMakers Entertainment in Abu Dhabi seeks a highly skilled Legal Adviser to provide expert legal guidance to clients, represent them in proceedings, and draft contracts and pleadings, while advising on risk mitigation.

The role requires a Bachelor of Law, at least two years’ experience, excellent English communication, and deep knowledge of Abu Dhabi laws and regulations. Malayalee candidates are welcome; biometric passport is required for this position. Salary is $1300 per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Law or related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Malayalam proficiency is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• In-depth knowledge of the laws and regulations in Abu Dhabi.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Biometric passport is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various matters.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings, including court hearings, negotiations and mediations.
• Conduct legal research to stay updated on laws and regulations in Abu Dhabi.
• Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements and pleadings.
• Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy and effectiveness.
• Communicate with clients, colleagues and other parties involved in legal cases.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
