Job summary

GulfDesign UAE is seeking a hardworking Loader for our construction project in Abu Dhabi. You will operate loaders to load/unload materials, assist with general site tasks, and follow safety protocols on outdoor jobsites.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with accommodation not provided. Basic English is preferred, and prior heavy machinery experience is welcome; Indian candidates and women are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating loaders or heavy machinery preferred.
• Valid biometric passport for foreign nationals.
• Physically fit to lift heavy loads and work outdoors.
• Basic English preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders to load and unload materials from trucks.
• Move materials around the construction site as directed by supervisors.
• Assist with digging, grading and leveling tasks.
• Conduct routine maintenance on loaders.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
