Job summary

Etihad Airways is seeking an A320 First Officer to join its Abu Dhabi operation. You will support the Captain across daily flights, bring strong crew teamwork, and develop leadership for future command.

Qualifications

ICAO English level 4 or better required for the role.
A320 Family type rating is required or must be obtained prior to joining.
ATPL licence (unrestricted or frozen) is mandatory.
Flown an A320 Family aircraft within the last 12 months is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the Captain in flight preparation, navigation, and operation.
Maintain continuous awareness of aircraft position, terrain, and weather for safe navigation.
Provide clear communication and support to Captain for safe and efficient decision making.
Represent Etihad professionally, upholding high standards of conduct and appearance.
