Job summary

Etihad is seeking an A320 First Officer to join the flight deck team. Support the Captain in preparation, navigation, and operation while maintaining high professional standards and teamwork.

This role offers a pathway to command and leadership development within a world‑class airline. Candidates should meet the general eligibility criteria, hold or be eligible for an ATPL, and maintain a valid Class 1 medical.

Qualifications

• English language fluency (written and verbal) – ICAO Level 4 or better.
• Must hold or be eligible for ATPL, with integrated knowledge.
• Current Class 1 medical and medical fitness for flying.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Captain in flight preparation, navigation, and operation.
• Maintain continuous check of aircraft position, terrain, and weather for safe navigation.
• Provide clear communication and support to ensure safe and efficient decision‑making.
• Represent Etihad professionally in all environments.
