Job summary

Reap HR Consultancy is urgently seeking an experienced A/C Technician for a luxury hotel/resort in Al Ain, UAE. The candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, servicing, and repairing various air-conditioning units, and must be capable of identifying and resolving faults efficiently.

The role requires previous hands-on experience in A/C maintenance and servicing; hotel/hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as an A/C Technician.
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing different A/C units.
• Knowledge of A/C maintenance and servicing.
• Ability to diagnose technical faults efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair A/C units.
• Diagnose cooling and air-conditioning system faults.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Perform routine inspections and servicing of A/C equipment.
• Repair or replace defective A/C components where required.
• Respond promptly to reported A/C maintenance issues.
• Ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas properly.
• Report major faults and repair requirements to the supervisor.
• Follow property safety and maintenance procedures.
