Job description

We’re searching for an A/C technician who is responsible for performing repairs on heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems in hotel facilities. The role involves responding to guest repair requests and communicating with guests or staff to resolve HVAC maintenance issues.

A typical day includes:

• Maintaining hotel equipment, building, and assets to ensure high performance and reduce breakdowns.
• Reporting misuse of hotel equipment and assets to supervisors.
• Undertaking tasks within the preventative maintenance program proactively.
• Inspecting and rectifying issues in public areas and plant rooms.
• Monitoring utilities and reporting failures or shortages.
• Maintaining proper documentation and reports.
• Responding to maintenance requests from departments.
• Checking lighting and energy consumption, and identifying water leaks.
• Participating in planning and scheduling maintenance activities.
• Ensuring the use of energy-efficient and eco-friendly products.

Qualifications:
