Job summary

Stantec in Dubai is seeking an experienced Architectural Visualizer to produce photorealistic interior and exterior visuals. You will develop 3D models, textures, and lighting to accurately convey design intent, interpreting BIM and CAD inputs while coordinating with architects and designers to incorporate feedback.

The role requires 5+ years in visualization, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in 3ds Max with V-Ray/Corona, Revit, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural and interior design visualization, preferably within an international architecture, engineering, or design consultancy.
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max with V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer, including modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and post-production.
• Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles, including materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, spatial composition, and detailing.
• Proven experience in photorealistic visualization for interior and exterior renders, animations, and walkthroughs.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, composition, lighting, colour, and material realism.
• Experience with hospitality, healthcare, workplace, commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, Enscape, VR/AR, real-time visualization, motion graphics, or AI-assisted workflows is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized scene files, asset and material libraries, naming conventions, and version control.
• Explore and apply emerging visualization technologies and workflows to improve efficiency and visual quality.

Key Responsibilities:
