Job summary

Azizi Developments invites candidates for a hands-on 3D design role in Dubai. You will create high-fidelity models and visuals for architectural and interior/exterior fit-out projects, collaborating with designers and engineers to meet spec and style targets.

Ideal candidates hold a related Bachelor’s degree and 3–6 years of experience, with strong skills in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, and rendering tools. UAE/GCC experience is preferred for factory environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years relevant experience in 3D design, visualization and interior/exterior fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit and rendering tools.
• UAE/GCC relevant experience preferred/required for factory environment.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models using industry-standard software ensuring accuracy and aesthetic appeal to meet project specifications
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including animators and game designers to harmonize the visual style and storytelling
• Develop and refine textures lighting and materials to enhance the realism and quality of 3D assets
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas that push creative boundaries and elevate project outcomes
