Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking an experienced 3D Designer to support architectural, interior, and engineering projects with high-quality visuals and precise 3D models. You will create renderings, animations, and walkthroughs using 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, and Enscape, collaborating with architects and engineers to translate concepts into compelling visuals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
5–7 years of proven experience in 3D design, visualization or similar role.
Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality 3D models and renderings for architectural and interior projects.
Prepare photorealistic visualizations and walkthrough animations for clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to convert 2D drawings into accurate 3D representations.
Apply realistic textures, lighting effects, and materials for lifelike visuals.
Support proposals and tenders with 3D visuals and concept designs.
