Bridge is a leading wedding and events company dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences through creative design and innovation. We are seeking a talented and passionate 3D Designer to join our creative team and help bring visionary concepts to life.

Position Overview

As a 3D Designer, you will play a key role in our creative and production process, developing high-quality design concepts and realistic 3D visualizations for weddings and events. You will work closely with the 3D Design Manager to transform creative ideas into stunning renderings and ensure accurate translation from design to real-world implementation.

Key Responsibilities

1. 3D Design & Visualization

• Create detailed 3D models and realistic renderings using 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and AutoCAD.
• Produce high-impact visuals that capture and communicate event design concepts.

2. Design Implementation Support

• Collaborate with the design team to ensure 3D concepts are translated seamlessly into event setups.
• Provide technical drawings, layouts, and guidance to support production and installation teams.

3. Technical & Creative Expertise

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in 3D modeling and rendering.
• Suggest innovative solutions to enhance design quality, efficiency, and visual impact.

4. Project Coordination

• Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and resources related to 3D design tasks.
• Support the preparation of presentations and design documentation for clients and internal teams.

5. Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the 3D Design Manager and other departments (Production, Sales, Operations) to ensure cohesive design and execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of 3D modeling, rendering techniques, and design principles.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and spatial design.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous experience in weddings, events, or interior design is a strong plus.
