Job summary

FTI Capital Advisors, a unit of FTI Consulting, invites applications for an Investment Banking Intern in Dubai. The role supports origination and execution of M&A mandates, helping build financial models and conducting valuation analyses.

You will assist in preparing client materials and research, contributing to multiple deal stages from origination to closing. You will receive dedicated coaching, mentorship, and targeted training to develop expertise in corporate finance and investment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering or related field is required.
• Full-time bachelor’s or master’s degree with graduation between June 2027 – June 2028.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support origination and execution of M&A mandates and transactions from origination to closing.
• Help build business and financial models and perform valuation analyses.
• Assist in designing and creating client meeting documents covering strategic alternatives, M&A and corporate finance.
• Conduct thorough research to gather project-specific information and synthesize analyses into actionable conclusions.
• Receive coaching and mentorship to develop deep industry expertise and transaction execution skills.

FTI Capital Advisors is looking to invest in your future by considering you for an Investment Banking Analyst Intern position, starting in June, 14, 2027 and ending in August, 20, 2027.

What You will Do

As an Investment Banking Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the origination and execution of M&A mandates and transactions, getting involved in multiple stages from origination to closing. You’ll help build business and financial models and perform valuation analyses. Furthermore, you will assist in designing and creating documents for client meetings covering strategic alternatives, M&A, and corporate finance. Conducting thorough research to gather project-specific information and synthesizing complex analyses into actionable conclusions will be essential aspects of your responsibilities.

What You Will Need To Succeed

Basic Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering or relatedted field field
• - Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor's or master's degree with graduation date or gap year/semester between June 2027 – June 2028
• - Ability to work 40 hours per week for the entire duration of the internship
• - Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA.
• - Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• - An understanding of Corporate Finance principles and methodologies.
• - Advanced level in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• - Additional language skills are considered an asset.
