Job summary

The Lana, Dubai - Dorchester Collection is seeking a Cost Control Supervisor to lead inventory control for Chinaware, Glassware, Silverware, and consumables, ensuring strict tracking and integrity of records in a luxury hotel setting.

You will record monthly purchases and issues, support internal controls, and generate precise cost reports for senior management while assisting the Finance team with ad hoc duties, contributing to financial accuracy and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• record, reconcile and keep appropriate records of all the monthly purchases and issues of operating equipment.
• continuously support the internal control environment governing inventory management across the hotel.
• produce highly accurate cost and statistical information reports to senior management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• highlight and correct procedural irregularities in the recording, storage and handling of all stock items.
• support the Asst. Dir of Finance with any ad hoc projects and duties as required.
