SysTechCare Support is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant – Entry-Level to join our growing supply chain and operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience who are looking to start a career in logistics and distribution. You will support daily logistics operations, assist with inventory management, coordinate shipments, and ensure that deliveries are made accurately and on time. Training will be provided to help you grow and succeed in the role.

• Support logistics planning and coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Monitor inventory levels, update records, and report discrepancies to the supervisor.

• Assist with order processing, packing, and documentation.

• Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery operations.

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, receipts, and shipping invoices.

• Help with warehouse organization and stock control tasks.

• Ensure all shipments comply with company standards and safety procedures.

• Assist in preparing daily logistics reports and performance summaries.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred but not required).

• Basic understanding of supply chain or logistics processes is an advantage.

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

• No prior professional logistics experience is required.

• Internship or volunteer experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations will be a plus.

• On-the-job training will be provided to help you develop key logistics and supply chain competencies.

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break)

• Occasional weekend or evening work may be required during peak periods.

• Flexible or remote options may be considered for exceptional candidates.

• Familiarity with inventory software or warehouse management systems is desirable.

• Basic knowledge of transportation and logistics terms.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift moderately heavy packages (if applicable to the role).

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
