A global human resources firm in Johannesburg is seeking a People Operations specialist to manage employee lifecycle activities and compliance. With proficiency in Workday and a minimum of 2 years' experience, you will enhance employee engagement while overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes. This full-time role offers a hybrid work model and attractive benefits including paid sick leave and family leave.
Join our team and youll be responsible for executing a consistent high quality end-to-end People experience. Working in the People department you will manage all day-to-day People Operations across the employee lifecycle including promoting high engagement and stakeholder management by implementing People initiatives and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
