• Lead the development and execution of digital and data strategy
• Drive modernization across CRM, data architecture, and core systems
• Oversee large-scale system implementations
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT and data team
• Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and business continuity across operations
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, aligning technology with business priorities

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Commerce (MBA / Business Tech qualification advantageous)
• 8+ years of senior leadership experience in IT or digital transformation
• Proven record leading enterprise technology programs and vendor partnerships
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in data strategy, systems integration, and process automation
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, AI, and modern architecture principles is a plus
