Fire Protection Technician — Field Projects Lead
Job summary
A leading fire protection company is looking for a Fire Protection Assistant to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems. The role includes coordinating technicians, conducting on-site assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of experience in the fire protection industry and an N3 qualification in Plumbing or Electrical. Strong interpersonal skills and a valid driver's license are required.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in the fire protection industry.
- Knowledge of fire protection systems including sprinklers and alarms.
- Basic understanding of relevant codes and local building regulations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate fire protection technicians for timely project delivery.
- Conduct on-site assessments to improve team performance.
- Manage inventory of materials and equipment for projects.
- Perform routine safety inspections and enforce safety protocols.
- Prepare and submit progress and risk management reports.
