Job summary
A leading provider of cooling and refrigeration solutions in South Africa seeks a Service Administrator to manage job cards, liaise with technicians, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience in the automotive or dealership industry, and the ability to maintain client satisfaction. Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Service Administrator / Service Advisor within the automotive or dealership industry.
- Strong knowledge of job card systems, invoicing, costing, and warranty procedures.
- Ability to liaise confidently with clients, technicians, and parts departments.
Responsibilities
- Open and manage job cards, coordinating with technicians and supervisors.
- Monitor jobs in progress and handle invoicing and job costing.
- Provide professional client communication for efficient service administration.
