An exciting opportunity exists for a strategic and experienced Group Chief Financial Officer to lead financial operations across a dynamic and multi-entity organizations. This executive role is suited to a visionary leader with deep financial expertise and a passion for driving performance and governance.
The GCFO will oversee all financial functions including planning, reporting, treasury, risk, and compliance. The role involves strategic decision-making, leadership of teams, and regular interaction with executive management and board committees. Travel between subsidiaries and operational sites is required.
- Lead, budgeting, and reporting aligned with strategic objectives.
- Oversee treasury, risk management, and to ensure financial stability and compliance.
- Direct operations, tax strategy, and audit processes in line with international standards.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team while driving continuous improvement and governance.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, corporate governance, and strategic financial management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex financial environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required); qualification.
- Minimum 15 years of financial leadership experience, including 5–7 years in a listed company.
