Role Overview

As a Zoho Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end deployment, customization, and optimization of Zoho applications in alignment with client business needs.

This includes conducting client consultations, configuring Zoho systems, implementing automation workflows, delivering user training, and providing ongoing support.

This role plays a critical part in helping clients enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and improve customer engagement through effective use of the Zoho platform.

The position requires a combination of technical expertise, business process understanding, and strong interpersonal communication skills.

You will be expected to collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of tailored, scalable Zoho solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. End-to-End Zoho Implementation & Customization
    • Lead full implementation of Zoho One, Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and other key Zoho applications and bundles.
    • Configure applications to align with business processes, including setting up roles, permissions, modules, dashboards, and automation workflows.
    • Design and implement custom modules, blueprints, forms, and reports.
    • Migrate data from legacy systems with accuracy and structure.
    • Ensure seamless integration between Zoho apps and external platforms.
  2. Workflow Automation & Optimization
    • Develop automated workflows and blueprints that streamline lead management, customer journeys, and marketing funnels.
    • Optimize system performance and operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and recommending Zoho tools to improve automation and reporting.
    • Maintain clean, scalable configurations and ensure long‑term usability.
  3. Client Collaboration & Business Advisory
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Zoho‑based solutions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, recommending best practices and additional Zoho apps for business improvement.
    • Support business process reengineering and solution design through consultative sessions.
  4. Training, Support & Documentation
    • Deliver structured onboarding and training sessions for users at all levels.
    • Provide ongoing support during and after project rollout, ensuring adoption and satisfaction.
    • Document technical configurations, user guides, workflows, and process diagrams.
  5. Project Management Support
    • Work collaboratively with project managers, coordinators and technical teams to meet milestones and client expectations.
    • Assist in project planning, system analysis, and delivery quality assurance.
    • Stay up to date on Zoho's evolving features and the broader SaaS ecosystem.
    • Continuously enhance personal knowledge to contribute to better client outcomes and implementation speed.
Requirements
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or a Post‑Graduate Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Administration (with strong tech affinity) or related field.
  2. Technical & Domain Expertise: 3+ years of hands‑on experience in technology consulting or SaaS implementation (Zoho experience highly advantageous). Strong understanding of CRM architecture, workflows, automation, and blueprints. Experience with data migration and third‑party integrations.
  3. Certification & Skills: Certification in Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk or other core Zoho applications is highly advantageous. Short courses or certifications in automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Zoho Flow), API integration and workflow design, or BPM are highly advantageous. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with genuine enthusiasm for working with clients.
