Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Youth Soccer Development Coach to lead junior academy programs in Soweto. You will design and deliver age-appropriate training, develop technical and tactical skills, and mentor young players in a structured development environment.

You will scout talent, monitor progress, and promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline while collaborating with parents and the club to support ongoing player growth in South Africa's vibrant Soweto community.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in coaching youth soccer with relevant certifications (e.g., SAFA badges).
• Strong understanding of soccer tactics, techniques, and player development principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with children and teenagers from diverse backgrounds.
• Passion for soccer and youth development.
• First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
