Placements24 is seeking a proactive Youth Program Coordinator to lead and grow initiatives in Rustenburg, North West. You will design, implement, and oversee youth programs that empower young people, build skills, and create constructive opportunities in the community.

You will work with youth, schools, and community partners to deliver engaging sessions, manage volunteers, and monitor program impact while ensuring safety and inclusivity across all activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as youth development, social work, education, or psychology.
• Experience in youth program development, coordination, or facilitation.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with youth.
