Job summary

A youth development organization is seeking a motivated individual to coordinate their Youth Development Programme in the Western Cape. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the development sector, preferably within education and youth.
• Must be older than the YeBoneers on the programme (25+ years old).
• Ability to work independently and under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the YearBeyond programme implementation in the allocated region.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships with school principals and teachers.
• Recruit, manage, support, train youth volunteers for the programme.
