PAY: MPS – UPS

LOCATION: Bexley, South-East London

Clarus Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and ambitious primary school in Bexley to recruit a dedicated Year 3 Class Teacher for a January 2026 start. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated teacher to join a supportive Key Stage 2 team within a school that prioritises pupil wellbeing, high standards, and professional development.

Year 3 Class Teacher
  • Teach a lively and engaged Year 3 cohort within a collaborative KS2 phase
  • Plan and deliver well-structured, creative lessons that encourage independence and curiosity
  • Support pupils’ academic progress while nurturing their confidence and personal development
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive atmosphere where expectations are high and every child is valued
  • Participate in ongoing CPD and work closely with colleagues to refine and share excellent practice
What We’re Looking For
  • A qualified teacher (QTS essential)
  • Experience in KS2, or strong experience in a lower KS2 placement
  • A teacher who brings enthusiasm, reflective practice, and a commitment to raising attainment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
  • A creative educator who enjoys bringing learning to life and adapting lessons to meet varied needs
