Job description

Purpose of the Job

Manage various workshop activities through the following areas:

• Ensuring that quality standards of work are maintained
• Ensuring adherence to housekeeping standards
• Ensuring that fleet down time is kept to a minimum without compromising quality
• Ensuring that the workshops maintain a good standard of productivity and efficiency
• Ensuring that the correct equipment is available to do the work and that equipment is in good working order
• Carry out small scale disciplinary measures
• Enforce and manage risk and safety programme
• Manage fleet operation
• Manage performance of staff and other small scale HR requirements

Experience with Actros and Arocs Mercedes Trucks an advantage.

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant Trade Certificate and minimum technical N3
• 5 years experience in a similar role
• Ability to communicate in English
• Computer skills at intermediate level
