• Recognised trade qualification in Turning / Fitting and Turning
• Minimum 10 years experience in a similar workshop leadership role
• Strong background in machine maintenance and stock control
• Safety Inspector experience with solid knowledge of workshop safety regulations
• Skilled in fitting, turning, milling, drilling, welding, and grinding
• Proven ability to quote accurately on projects and jobs (essential)
• Quality Control (QC) experience, ensuring high standards on all work
