Job summary

A dynamic HR technology firm in South Africa is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Support Analyst to join their Application Evolution Services team. The ideal candidate will leverage their Workday expertise to resolve client incidents and provide ongoing maintenance. Applicants should have proven experience in configuring Workday HCM – Time and Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll. They will engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring optimal HR technology investment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience supporting and configuring Workday HCM – Time and Absence / Time Tracking / Payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of cross-product areas including Security and Reporting.
  • Experience with case management systems for incident tracking and SLA management.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced Workday HCM Support Analyst specialising in Time and Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll to join our Application Evolution Services team.

You will work directly with clients to deliver managed services, resolve complex challenges, and ensure their Workday configuration stays current and optimised.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leveraging your Workday expertise to resolve client incidents and provide ongoing maintenance services
  • Gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, analysing data, and configuring innovative solutions
  • Engaging with stakeholders at all levels – from C-suite executives to operational teams
  • Escalating challenges and proposing alternative solutions when needed
  • Contributing to team development through coaching and mentoring
What We're Looking For
  • Essential Requirements : Proven experience supporting and configuring Workday HCM – Time and Absence / Time Tracking / Payroll
  • Strong knowledge of cross-product areas including Security and Reporting
  • Current Workday Pro or Active Implementation Certification in Time and Absence / Time Tracking / Payroll
  • Experience with case management systems for incident tracking and SLA management
