This 24-month program provides practical work experience and mentorship for recently qualified apprentices. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safety compliance. Ideal candidates should hold a Motor Mechanic Trade Test Certificate and be aged between 18 and 35, with less than one year’s experience.

The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Trainee Programme aims to provide recently qualified apprentices (with a red seal) with practical work experience allowing them to apply their academic and vocational or practical knowledge in a real‑world environment. This programme is designed to enhance participants' employability by offering hands‑on training, mentorship, and exposure to industry‑specific tasks. The WIL trainee programme is conducted over a period of 24 months.
