A leading corporate centre in South Africa is seeking applicants for the Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Trainee Programme, designed for recently qualified apprentices. This two-year programme provides hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to industry-specific tasks in various locations. Ideal candidates should hold an Auto‐Electrician Trade Test Certificate and be youth aged between 18 and 35 years. The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Trainee Programme aims to provide recently qualified apprentices (with a red seal) with practical work experience allowing them to apply their academic and vocational or practical knowledge in a real-world environment. This programme is designed to enhance participants' employability by offering hands‑on training, mentorship, and exposure to industry‑specific tasks. The WIL trainee programme is conducted over a period of 24 months.
