Position Purpose

The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Trainee Programme aims to provide recently qualified apprentices (with a red seal) with practical work experience allowing them to apply their academic and vocational or practical knowledge in a real-world environment. This programme is designed to enhance participants' employability by offering hands‑on training, mentorship, and exposure to industry‑specific tasks. The WIL trainee programme is conducted over a period of 24 months.
