Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and a desire to learn. This internship is offered on a contract basis for 1 to 2 years and aims to enhance employability before graduation.
Workplace Integrated Learning (WIL) is a structured educational approach that combines theoretical learning with practical hands‑on experience in a workplace setting. It bridges the gap between academic knowledge and professional practice by allowing students to apply classroom concepts to real‑world situations typically through supervised placements. The primary goal of WIL is to enhance students' employability by developing relevant skills and preparing them for the workplace before graduation.
Unemployed South African citizens aged between 18 to 35 who are students from TVET Colleges and have completed their N6 qualification are invited to apply. Applicants must provide a letter from their institution confirming that they have completed the theoretical component of their studies and require practical experience to graduate in one of the following fields of study:
