Schools and Shop Coordinator

Wonderdal at Hazendal is HiringThe Schools and Shop Coordinator will be responsible for different tasks from marketing Wonderdal Edutainment Centre to schools and parents by applying a range of marketing activities, which among others may include, coordinating and attending meetings with schools, digital marketing, media buying, brand partnerships and direct sales. The Employee will play a key part in communicating the organisations message, in creating brand awareness and in developing creative ideas that will enhance the Wonderdal Brand with the end goal to enhance the Wonderdal Brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with schools (make contact and do visits) Arrange and coordinate with Manager the hosting of schools for introductory tours and school outings.
• Plan and coordinate teachers open days at Wonderdal.
• Initiate creative ideas to engage with schools, formulate and present your ideas to Manager for possible approval or discussion.
• Handling school enquiries and communication.
• Assist our Marketing department with Wonderdal related marketing activities (Hosting media or bloggers).
• Come up with out of the box marketing ideas to promote and form partnerships for more exposure.
• Be prepared to do other ad hoc tasks on request (reception and on the floor).

Shop Controller Responsibilities:

• Organise store operations and allocate tasks personnel.
• Research on new items to sell, obtain sample and quotes, discuss with Manager.
• Monitor stock levels and order in time.
• Regularly store inspection.
• (Analyse sales and revenue)

Other Responsibilities:

• Assistance to Reservationist various responsibilities (discuss in interview session) AND it will be of Essential importance for the candidate to : Maintain a professional and positive can-do attitude at all times Become a brand ambassador Self-motivated , honest and reliable Team player Drivers licence an advantage / Computer literate
