Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and maintenance activities at wind energy facilities.
• Coordinate and monitor work performed by EPC and O&M contractors on site.
• Track plant performance including availability and operational efficiency.
• Review operational and maintenance reports and elevate performance issues.
• Monitor scheduled and corrective maintenance activities across the facility.
• Maintain operational records including outages and performance events.
• Coordinate communication between site teams, contractors, and head office.
• Support commissioning, handover, and operational compliance processes.
