We are seeking a talented Wholesale Merchandise Manager to lead our merchandising team, drive strategic growth initiatives and innovate in a dynamic retail environment. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Merchandising.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Edison Stone Wholesale business, achieving team KPIs & targets, streamlining processes, and developing succession plans.
  • Oversee implementation of divisional merchandise strategy, aligning actions with key projects and overall business strategy.
  • Grow wholesale business to Key and Strategic accounts, elevating wholesale brands within retail channels.
  • Organise exclusive brand merchandise processes, providing strategic guidance to align with business imperatives.
  • Provide guidance to Key Account Managers on range curation for import brands, delivering on‑trend, relevant, high‑margin products.
  • Manage compliance team to ensure adherence to all conformance areas while meeting group KPIs.
Qualifications
  • Education: Relevant degree or diploma (Interior / Fashion Design, Retail Business Management, Textile, Consumer Science).
  • Experience: 7‑10 years buying / supplier experience / wholesale, 5+ years management experience.
  • Specific Knowledge: Strategy, growth and market share, category extensions, pricing architecture, retail, merchandise cycle, QC process, value chain process.
