The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations and sales, coupled with at least one year of experience in selling related products. Candidates should have a Matric qualification. This permanent position is located in KwaMaqoma, offering flexible hours between 27 to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Basic health, fitness and supplements product knowledge required.
• Basic knowledge of retail store operations principles such as stock management and merchandising.
• At least 1 year related experience is required.
• Experience working with sports nutrition and vitamin-related products.
• Customer-related training is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs.
• Consult with customers on health and supplement products.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Maintain stock availability in healthcare aisles
• Adhere to risk management policies to prevent stock losses.
• Ensure store hygiene standards are maintained.
• Assist in product merchandising according to guidelines.
• Follow store standard operating procedures.
