A qualified and experienced Registered Nurse responsible for managing daily operations of the wellness centre, providing clinical care, and leading wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Team management and daily operations, ensuring a clean, well‑equipped space and smooth appointment scheduling.
• Ensure availability and maintenance of medical supplies and equipment; manage stock replenishment.
• Monitor adherence to safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Conduct health assessments, screenings, immunizations, and respond to minor medical issues.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation for all patient interactions.
• Coordinate patient referrals to doctors and allied health professionals as needed.
• Manage and oversee data capture processes.
• Prepare regular reports on centre activities, clinical outcomes, and program effectiveness.
• Oversee and manage the centre’s budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Document and analyze attendance and engagement in wellness activities.
