Oliva is the go-to mental wellbeing and performance platform for companies that genuinely care about their people—and want to help them grow, nurture, and not burn out.
We combine evidence-based therapy, professional coaching, wellbeing coaching, and group sessions to build healthier, more sustainable, high-performing teams.
Each individual gets support tailored to their needs—whether they're going through a tough time, navigating a challenge at work, or looking to improve their mental fitness.
We don't stop at human care.
Every user is also supported by Oli, our intelligent AI assistant that reinforces key techniques and guidance between sessions—helping each session's impact go further.
We're expanding our network of world-class coaches, therapists, and psychologists—and we're currently growing our Wellbeing Coaching team to meet demand. This opening is for future opportunities as well as live hiring needs. Sometimes we're actively onboarding, and other times we're pipelining for the months ahead—so responses may take time.
As a Wellbeing Coach at Oliva, you'll support clients experiencing challenges such as stress, low mood, anxiety, or motivation.
You'll help them build momentum and apply practical strategies to improve wellbeing and performance—both in and outside of work.
Sessions are 40 minutes, remote, and goal-oriented. They focus on helping clients make meaningful, measurable progress.
You’ll manage your caseload through the Oliva platform, where you can also elevate risk and access support. You’ll join a collaborative community of therapists, coaches, and facilitators across Europe.
We value curiosity, compassion, and continuous growth—and provide regular supervision.
A self-recorded video interview
Please note: this is a freelance position, and we cannot guarantee a specific number of client referrals. We’re a small team, so only successful applicants will receive a response.
We know the tech and mental health industries have diversity challenges. Without actively addressing this, we could easily end up hiring similar profiles.
That's why we enthusiastically encourage applications from underrepresented groups. Whoever you are—regardless of age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, religion, disability, background, or identity—we'd love to hear from you.
If you need any adjustments during the interview process, let us know and we'll accommodate.
Oliva is a mission-driven mental wellbeing platform built by people who've been through it themselves—burnout, anxiety, low self-esteem, and all the challenges life and work can throw at you.
We're a tight-knit team of designers, engineers, psychologists, and operators who believe that proper mental health support can change lives—if it's delivered by the right people, in the right way.
Our co-founders—Javier Suarez, Sançar Sahin, and Huw Slater—have built and scaled companies like TravelPerk, Typeform, Hotjar, and GetApp.
They know the emotional rollercoaster of high-performance environments, and they're committed to building something different: a company that supports both performance and wellbeing.
If you've ever wished mental health support was easier to access, more practical, or just… better, you're in good company. That's the gap Oliva is here to fill—and we'd love to do it alongside passionate freelance professionals like you.
