Job summary

A customer service solutions provider in Cape Town is seeking vibrant, experienced Webchat Customer Service Advisors. Responsibilities include assisting inbound customers with queries and complaints. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in customer care (Webchat) and must be proficient in English. Additional skills in CRM and social media are advantageous. Successful applicants will be able to travel to Century City and must start in July 2024.
