Placements24 is seeking a versatile Web Designer & Developer to join our Paarl team. The role blends creative design with hands-on development to build fast, accessible websites and maintain digital properties from concept to launch.

You will transform design mockups into functional pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal or Joomla, while optimizing for speed, SEO and user experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Web Designer & Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design techniques.
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices for web design.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
