FNB is looking for an experienced Wealth Manager to join their Private Banking and Advisory team.
In this role, you will act as a trusted financial advisor to high-income clients, offering tailored savings, investment, and estate planning solutions with a strong focus on wealth growth and protection.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive financial advice across investment planning, risk management, estate planning, and cash management to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Build, review, and refine client financial plans based on changing circumstances, market conditions, and performance outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to introduce FNB's approved investment and risk products, achieving defined sales and revenue targets.
- Deliver high-quality, compliant financial advice aligned with FNB's investment philosophy.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth of the customer base.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to prepare tailored financial strategies and proposals.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry best practices, and FNB compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive business performance and client value.
Requirements
- Degree in Investments, Economics, or related field.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) preferred.
- 3–5 years' experience as a Wealth Manager, advising and selling to high-income clients.
- FAIS regulatory experience across investment, long-term insurance, pension benefits, bonds, money markets, and forex (as listed in Cat 1 and Cat 2).
- Clean credit record (as per National Credit Act requirements).
