Distribution Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive wealth distribution strategy to grow AUM and revenue across retail, IFA, and institutional channels.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the distribution and business development teams with clear performance metrics.
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with platform providers, advisors, and asset managers.
- Strengthen relationships with key intermediaries and distribution partners to enhance market share and product penetration.
- Drive expansion into new markets and channels, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Oversee the marketing strategy for wealth management products, including digital, content, and event-based marketing.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop marketing collateral, campaigns, and educational content tailored to high-net-worth and institutional clients.
- Collaborate with product and investment teams to position funds and solutions effectively across various channels.
- Lead brand-building initiatives to elevate the firm’s reputation as a thought leader in the wealth management space.
Business Growth & Client Engagement
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, client segmentation, and competitive intelligence.
- Engage directly with top-tier clients, IFAs, and institutional partners to deepen relationships and increase retention.
- Drive cross-sell and up-sell strategies for existing client bases, ensuring alignment with their long-term investment goals.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and media engagements as a senior spokesperson.
Product & Investment Collaboration
- Partner with investment, compliance, and operations teams to ensure the successful rollout of new funds and investment products.
- Provide market insights and client feedback to guide product innovation and positioning.
- Participate in Investment and Executive Committees to align distribution and marketing initiatives with business strategy.
Reporting & Performance Management
- Track and report on distribution metrics, campaign ROI, and AUM growth to senior management.
- Develop performance dashboards to monitor key sales and marketing indicators.
- Continuously review competitor activity and market developments to identify emerging opportunities or risks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business (Master’s degree preferred).
- Advanced certifications such as CFA, CIPM, or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) highly desirable.
- Minimum 10‑15 years of experience in wealth management, investment distribution, or financial advisory leadership.
- Proven success in scaling AUM, building distribution networks, and developing marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, financial instruments, and investment vehicles (local and offshore).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
