Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed Matric
• 5 years relevant experience in the financial services industry
• Proficient in English and at least one other SA official language
• FAIS compliance awareness

Responsibilities

• Gather policy information and compile summaries
• Research product information and handle new applications/quotations
• Handle and resolve client enquiries for existing business
• Diary management for new and existing business cases
• Arrange appointments between Wealth Adviser and clients
• Prepare investment review appointments and maintain CRM records
• Rebalance and maintain portfolios and distribute statements
