Qualifications

• Prior experience working on LISP systems (e.g., Ninety One, Allan Gray, Momentum) is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook and Word/Excel).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Handle new business processing, switches, repurchases, and portfolio statements.
• Maintain and update client data meticulously on internal client management systems.
• Act as the first point of contact answering phones and greeting clients.
• Assist existing financial planners with investment reports and compliance requirements.
• Jump in and assist with various other business functions as needed.
