Job summary

FNB South Africa is seeking a proactive professional to support RMB Private Wealth clients alongside Private Advisors. You will deliver analysis, research, and sales fulfilment to identify opportunities for new banking clients and expand current portfolios through effective stakeholder management.

Ideal candidates have a relevant finance/economics/accounting background with RE5 and 2–3 years in banking sales/service. The role emphasizes relationship growth and service excellence within RMB.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience within a Sales/Service area of a banking/financial environment.
• Able to analyze client portfolios and identify opportunities.
• Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in proactively managing a portfolio of RMB Private Wealth Clients with a team of Private Advisors.
• Provide analysis, research, and sales and service fulfilment to grow banking relationships.
• Identify opportunities to acquire new clients and grow existing portfolios.
• Maintain effective stakeholder relationships and ensure delivery of service standards.
• Contribute to cost containment and deliver high-quality advisory solutions.
